Trial Attorney / Elder Law

Who I Am

Philosophy

Chris Law Elder AttorneyCooperation and teamwork are indispensable. Legal representation with respect to any potential or contested matter requires that we work as teammates. You are the team leader and I am your legal professional. It is my job to inform you of the legal claims and remedies available and explain the legal issues that arise. I will identify options available to you and will make my best recommendations. I will not make decisions about key issues for you. Decision making is your job. Once the decision is made I move forward at your direction until it is time to work on the next step.

GrandparentsThese portraits of my grandparents Ray and Esta Davy are special to me. I was fortunate to have these elders in my life into my 40’s.

Grandpa Davy was an important part of my life until his death at age 95. The painting is entitled “The Sage.” His wise counsel about working hard, enjoying life and accepting aging with a sense of humor has served me well.

The painting of Grandma Davy is appropriately entitled “The Seer.” She was an astute judge of character who always looked for the good in people. She encouraged me to do the same. It was good advice.

The paintings are by Pat Denton of Denver and were done from photographs taken when they were in their late 80’s.
